You must be 21 or older to rent our motorized watercraft and 18 or older to rent our non-motorized watercraft. Exceptions for renting will be made if renter is 18 years old and possesses a valid boater's license from the State of California.A driver's license or government issued ID will be required upon check-in.
Upon Check-in you will be required to provide a Photo ID and the physical card used when you made your reservation. Any remaining balance will be due at time of check-in as well as a damage deposit of $300.00 (per item rented) to be authorized on a credit or debit card.
Please check in at our boat rental office at least 20 minutes prior to your reserved time so that we can go over the rules and regulations and get you boarded at your reserved time. No additional time will be given for late check-ins.
Failure to call or check in 30 minutes after your scheduled reservation time will result in your reservation being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited as a "no show".
Please let us know in advance of any special needs such as life vests for small children so we can try and accommodate you. KEEP IN MIND THAT CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER MUST WEAR A LIFE VEST WHILE ON BOARD WATERCRAFT AT ALL TIMES.
Reservation Details:

Please check in at our rental office, located at the top of launch ramp, at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved time so that we can go over the rules and regulations and get you boarded at your reserved time. No time extensions will be granted for late arrivals.

You will receive complimentary parking for one vehicle and one vehicle only. Please show this email to the Launch Pointe Staff at the Gate House for entry.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Customers who book for a Holiday or a Holiday weekend will receive a full refund if they cancel one week (7 days) prior to their rental date.
Customers cancelling 48 hours in advance will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
Customers cancelling inside of 24 hours will be charged the full price.
